Complete the new state marshal membership process by choosing a payment method:
You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete the payment process. However, if you do login via a PayPal account, you can easily use your credit card and also be able update your credit card or expiration date later at any time (such as when it expires).
To pay by credit card without having to login via PayPal or create a password, click "Debit or Credit Card" above, then simply uncheck "create my PayPal account for purchase protection" on the next screen.
